Weekly Update

Hey guys,
This week has been quite good :)
On Monday I babysat Charley I took the cutest photo of her sleeping.
Tuesday I meet my mam and gran in town didn't have enough time to buy things for myself :( as I was getting the fathers birthday presents. Which were 2 Newcastle United shirts. Tuesday night I slept at Whitley Bay Caravan Park as my gran's house is being renovated so she hired a caravan for the week, I had the best sleep ever I felt so refreshed!

Wednesday, it was Jarryds 18th (my stepbrother).
Satin Shrug thing - Dorothy Perkins.
Cotton Dress - Matalan.
Leggings - Primark.

As a surprise his newly pregnant cousin Sarah came up for the night from London (I love Sarah, she's just brilliant and funny). For his birthday he went to Rome for a few days, which I was totally jealous of but he brought me back some goodies. He also got a new camera and a total of £275 so for him it was a pretty good birthday but special birthdays always are. We went for a family meal and the local Stonebrook, then afterwards we went bowling. My dad won the first game, I won the second.
The best cake ever!
Family meal (I look Chinese)
Disgusting shoes!

Thursday - I sat in the garden for most of the day catching up on Deception Point by Dan Brown which so far is a fantastic read. Had a not so pleasant argument with the mother about uni.
Friday - I babysat Charley again and took her round to grandmas. As it was a gorgeous sunny day that couldn't be wasted. Didn't win the lottery :( Which led to another conversation with a friend about the things we do if we won the lottery.

Tonight I shall be watching Eurovision! Best time of the year (I'm being serious) fingers crossed Engelbert Humperdink wins, but if not I reckon the winner will be Loreen for Sweden who is phenomenal!

 A bientôt!

Do you believe in love after love?

Hello lovelies!

 I haven't really got much to report on from this weekend;
Friday - I was supposed to babysit Charley by myself, but I wasn't very well so my lovely mother offered to help me. I get insanely bad migraines! The only way I can get rid of them is by sleeping. She pretty much did everything, whilst I rested on the sofa. Then because I looked like crap, I slept at my Grans which was round the corner, instead of getting the bus.
Saturday - I recovered at my Grans whilst watching films all day. At the night we watched The Voice which was amazing! I have so much love for Jessie J and Danny O'Donoghue <3
Sunday - I watched my beloved Newcastle United win against West Brom 3-1 and because my family loves a little bet, my mother won £100 from the correct score. She gave me a bit for my drinks at the pub quiz. I won two beer tokens and got picked out for the jackpot question which of course I didn't know at the time, but once I was told it I couldn't stop singing it hence the title of this post!
Although Dan won a line and a house on the bingo! Whoop :)

I'm getting quite excited for my cousins wedding though its not for another 5 months. I need to lose some weight so from this week I'm going to cut out the crap I eat and exercise A LOT  more.
I found these dresses to inspire me.
Wish me luck!

A bientôt!

Weekly round-up...

I've had a brilliant weekend!

Friday -
Kate my best friend was upset as her Iphone needed fixed, so she went to the shop and they gave her a new one! So obviously she rang me straight away and asked if I was home. So theres me on my laptop thinking she wants me to do something for her then there was a knock at the door. I have 3 little annoying children (parents don't keep an eye on them so they run round wild) next door. So I put the phone down to answer the door thinking it was them. It was KATE! I was shocked and silent for about 5 mins just flapping my hands about I hadn't seen her since Christmas!
Friday night -
My friend Jamie had a gig at the 02 Academy, which is mentioned in my previous post. So Kate stayed to do my hair and helped me choose what outfit to put on.
Saturday -
All day with Kate <3
We watched the rugby all day, which was amazing as we are the biggest pervs ever! Gorgeous men running around in tight shorts for 80minutes - we were in heaven. We ordered an Indians, I had a Chicken Korma, my taste buds were not built for spices. Then watched Take Me Out and Lets Dance for Sport Relief.
We spent half of the night watching Eric, Kates cat stare at the candles. At one point we are positive he dipped his paw into the candle, we didn't see it happen if he did but Tracy, Kates mum said
"Can you smell singed cat?"
Sunday -
I asked Kate if she wanted to go to Asda as George had a sale on, but she didn't have enough money. So instead she came round mine and raided my wardrobe, we're the same size which is perfect! She only stayed for a little while as she had a train to catch back down to York. Then on my way to the quiz, my friend Chris pulled over and gave me a lift so I persuaded him to join us.
Monday -
Never trust public transport! I had an interview today for a nearby call centre. The bus I went for didn't turn up so I had to get a different one then transfer on to the metro, luckily I got there just in time. The interview seemed to go well. The people were lovely and the guy was hot which makes me want the job more. Fingers crossed I get it. Afterwards, I need a bit of retail therapy but as I'm low on cash I headed to the charity shop and boots!
After that I went to my Grandmas to watch the football. Newcastle United vs Arsenal we lost 2-1 :(

Also,
The other night I watched one of my favourite movies, Cruel Intentions. As I was watching it I realised it has the best soundtrack I've ever listened to.
Some of my favourites are;
Placebo - Every You Every Me.
Fat Boy Slim - Praise You.
Craig Armstrong - This Love.
Bare Jr - You Blew Me Off.

And my ultimate favourites;
The Verve - Bitter Sweet Symphony.
Counting Crows - Colourblind.

How was your weekend? Did you need any retail therapy?

This or that.

I've been tagged by the lovely Kayley Jane who's blog you should totally check out.

Here are the questions:

Coke or Pepsi?  Pepsi as it's much sweeter and cheaper.

Ice Cream or Frozen Yogurt? Defiantly Ice cream, Ben & Jerry's Fish Food!

Clothes or Makeup? Clothes, as I don't really wear much make up  apart from Mascara and eyeliner.

Hairspray or Frizz Lotion? It has to be Hairspray, though I don't wear much.

T.V or Book? TV, as I have Sky + there are far too many programmes to watch!

Pool or Beach? I don't really like them at all, but I prefer the pool more as you can just sit at the side and dip your tootsies in. Whereas at the beach there's endless amounts of sand EVERYWHERE.

Water or Soda? Water, we should all have roughly a litre each day.

Sandals or Boots? BOOTS! I'm in love with them. I have SO many.

Purse or Backpack? Defiantly a purse.

Team Jacob or Team Edward? Team Bella, though Kirsten Stewart is a terrible actor. The character herself is way under rated. Though Jacob's body is just phenomenal.

Wizards of Waverly Place or Hannah Montana?  Wizards of Waverly place, by far. Selena Gomez <3

Mall or Online Shopping? The mall. I prefer to try things on before I buy them, I'm a but sketchy about buying clothes online in case they don't fit.

Tennis or Soccer? DEFIANTLY FOOTBALL. "Toon, toon, black and white army" (Newcastle United.)
I find Tennis way to boring, all they are doing is hitting a ball back and forwards.

MAC or Maybelline?  Maybe its Maybelline, for me!

I'm not going to tag anyone as I don't feel I have enough followers to tag, though if you're popping by you're more than welcome to do it.

Say whaa?

Newcastle got beat 5-0 by Tottenham! To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement, more like devastated. Its even worse when my uncle is an avid Tottenham fan, my family will never hear the last of it. But I am disappointed at my football fantasy team, I've only got 18 points from today, I was doing quite well in our little league until Cabaye got suspended Ramires with a knee injury and R.Taylor screwing up his ankle against Aston Villa! But at least Cabayes suspension is over :)

I finally got to watch The Inbetweeners Movie yesterday. I nearly pee pee'd myself on so many occasions. I so want a holiday similar to that, it'd be quite hilarious. I've never seen the T.V version of it before so I might have to invest in a box set ! Just off the film Will is my favourite character he's quite lovable <3

Carrying on with the topic films there's SO many I want to see at the moment. This Means War; looks hilarious AND it has the ultimate British hunk Tom Hardy along with Chris Pine who has lovely eyes and more to the point played Kirk in Star Trek.

Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace; in 3D is an absolute must see, even though the 3D hurts my eyes Star Wars is worth the pain.

The Vow; valentine day movie. I'll end up streaming because I'm an emotional wreck with films like this and I don't like it when people see me cry. I honestly think they have the perfect two playing these roles. Rachel McAdams in The Notebook is just wow and Channing Tatum in Dear John is just *drool and sigh in depression "I want one"*
The Muppets; NEED TO SEE.
Journey 2- The Mysterious Island; I seen the first one Journey To The Centre Of The Earth with Brendan Fraser which was rather good, so I'll see how this compares. Also it has in Michael Caine who I just adore as my grandad was in the film Get Carter with him, which I've never actually seen probably should since my grandad recently passed. R.I.P <3
I'd also like to watch The Descendants with George Clooney its not my usual type of film but it looks quite good.
