My new room!

Hey sweeties!

My last post was dedicated to my old home, weird I know, but you never really realise how much you love your home until you're leaving it.
It's been a bit more than a few weeks since I've lived in my new home and now I finally have it the way I want and it's about time I shared it with you gorgeous people. I'm such a nosey person, if you have any posts like this please leave your link!

There you go!
I got the biggest room as well, danke mammy bear!
Also in life I have a new job, part time at Poundworld yay me!

Much Love,
M! xo

P.s I'm highly pissed off at the fact that the year I am not going to Leeds Festival, Fall Out Boy are headlining!
Bastille and Imagine Dragons are there too, I want to cry.
They aren't even playing on the same day so I can't even get a day ticket, beyond gutted!!

Whirlwind.

Hey Sweeties!
Well this past week has been amazing.
1. As most of you know I started University.
2. I've finally made new friends!!
3. I had another job interview :D

1. I was so nervous travelling to uni, my stomach was uneasy. First day of high school, all over again. Though I need'nt have worried, my lecturer is so down to earth and funny. I'm in a class of 19 girls, no boys (slightly dissapointed by that), our class has a variety of ages which is great.
2. When I went to reception to find which class I was in, I over heard a girl infront asking for the same class so I introduced myself and we spent the whole day together.
3. On Saturday, I had a job for Simply Be. It has to be one of the best interviews I've had everyone was so down to earth and the tasks were fun, one of which was to create an outfit.

What I wore to the interview:
Red Dress: Ex-Catalogue Shop (Also bought one in black.) £3.50
Floral Shawl: Dorothy Perkins I think it was £10-£15

I normally wear a nice top and my black jeans, but I wanted this job. So after an hour or two deciding on what to wear I went for my red dress and black floral shawl. I changed the buttons on the dress as I personally thought they were hideous. I love this dress, it excuentates my chest and draws in my hips which are huge!  Unfortunatley, I'm not exaggerating.
As I can't walk in heels and my pumps look so tatty I decided to put my new boots on which suprisingly went.
Bronx Boots: Scorpio £65.
This way my whole outfit looked smart and bussiness like with a hint of casual.
Also this week I re-created an outfit I wore at Leeds Fest, I need to go back next year. It was lovely and hot I'm liking our Autum so far.
Army Jacket: Dad, Royal Engineers.
Foo Fighter's top: £20 Leeds Festival.
Denim Shorts: Primark. I can't remember the price bought them years ago.

AS I'VE BEEN WRITING THIS POST I GOT A PHONE CALL.
PRIVATE NUMBER, I HESITATE.
I GOT THE SIMPLY BE JOB, 14 HOURS AS A STYLE CONSULTANT!!!
AND MY FRIENDS JUST PHONED AND WE'RE GOING TO FRESHERS TONIGHT!!
SO HAPPY!

MUCHOS LOVE SWEETIES!

Ermahgerd LEEDS!!

Hello Sweeties!

Basically, this last weekend was WOW and the only bad thing was the toilets. I'll spare you the details, trust me I don't even want to re-live those memories.
"Dirtiest festival in the UK."

We stayed in the Green camp about 20 minute walk from the Main Stage where we got around six hours sleep. Our camp was really friendly, we met people from Newcastle and Manchester.
Every night people would shout
'Jesus Christ, FENTON!'.
We'd all join in, also the camps would do a Mexican wave but with cheering.

Until the acts who we wanted to see came on, we sat in the Comedy tent, which was always packed. We seen Al Murray and Chris Ramsey who both asked if any Geordies were in of course we shouted!! We also seen Reginald D Hunter who was amazing as always.
The main bands who we seen were Paramore, Florence + The Machine, Foster The People, Kasabian, Kaiser Chiefs, The Vaccines, Bullet For My Valentine, All Time Low, You Me At Six and Coheed and Cambria.
Those who have me on Instagram seen how close I was to many of them!
I was so surprised at how amazing Foster The People were!

The food is so exspensive, thank god I took my own. £2.20 for a normal sized bottle of Pepsi. A chicken burger was £5.00!!

We got beer thrown on us a few time, which isn't unusual at festivals. Many people said some people even throw pee! Speaking of pee, Chloe and Grace got actually pee'd on by two drunk men. One of them were so drunk the people crowd surfed him out. A guy overdosed in front of us and collapsed on me. On the last night people had brought flares into the arena. One guy got so badly burnt they put him in a body bag, I honestly thought someone had died until I seen the body move inside.

Anyhooo, it really was an amazing weekend. I'll defiantly be doing it again, it was totally worth every single penny.

I also took a disposable camera with me, so when I get the developed I shall put them on here :D
Also, most of my photos have disappeared so once I have time I shall be re-taking them and re-creating NOTD's.

Who would you see if you had the chance?

Leeds Festival!

Hey Sweeties,

My next post won't be until next week as of tomorrow, I shall be on my way to Leeds Festival!!
Seriously can't contain my excitement any longer, I'm currently packing bouncing around the house to Florence + The Machine.
God, I do LOVE that woman & on Sunday I'll be in front of her screaming my lungs out!

I'm going with Chloe and Grace as Heather her sister can't go any more due to a horrible recovery from her tonsils being taken out.

Get well soon Heather!

I'm so excited, seriously I don't think I've been this excited since I went to see Steps live.
My childhood was great don't judge :P

I'll be taking my phone so you can follow what I get up to on
 Instagram @ x_justsmile

Eeeeeeep!
Be back soon.

Hope you all enjoy the rest of your week & weekend!

Were all going on a summer holiday, NOT.

Hey sweeties!
How are you all?
Once again I'm sick of the heavy rain. I love rain, but only if  it's lightly as my hair goes curly :) And it's perfect at night just hearing the drops on the window falling asleep, but I don't want to look like a bloody drown rat!

Every time I look on my Facebook home page I see status's like
'See ya toon! Off to Magaa' or 'Zante baby!'.
I want to cry.
I'm not going on holiday this year.
I know I'm lucky to have been away most years unlike people I know, but I need a holiday just to escape, relax in the sun.

As Kate has recently moved into her new house, me and Yasmin has decided to go down for a couple of days which will be lovely. Just having a few days away with my two best friends, I can't wait.

Well, I've bought a few bits over the past week which are;

Daisy Print leggings, Asda £8
Polka Dot, Asda £6
Scarf Print Sun Dress, New Look £3.

I went to the pictures to see Snow White and the Huntsman with Kate and Chloe who talked all the way through it no suprise there :) I should know better than to see a film with Kristen Stewart in that's not Twilight with Kate.
Kate, like many others say she can't act, I admit in Twilight her faces are the same, but in Snow White, I thought she was really good.
Having Chris Hemsworth besides her did help ALOT but still it was a good movie!

I've mainly been baby sitting Charley who has started to walk!!! My Aunt showed me video of Charls holding her walker taking it across the room, I cried. Such a proud cousin!

I also went to Amici's with Kate, her mam and mam's friend. Which is always a barrel of laughs! I normally have the same dish Lasange but this time I changed! I rarely change my order but I'm glad I did. Instead I had pasta Carbonara IT HAS BACON IN!! I could NEVER be a vegetarian.

I've been looking at wellies and shorts recently for Leeds and I'm so excited!
My dad said I can lend his army jacket and boots :D
It's all me and Chloe can talk about, (festival not the boots)
I've started to chat to people in the forums which is making me even more excited,
only 40 days until I see the beautiful Florence and Hayley Williams!!
Me and Chloe are attempting to put our tent up later, I've never done this before, I'm glad she's a Brownie leader.
If we can't do it, I'll find some handsome (big biceps) men to help some damsels in distress as I do NOT do instructions. They'll end up the camp fire.

Lastly I'm determined to get my Iphone this week, I'm sure I can upgrade it now, finally!
Then I can finally have Instagram, Temple Run and get this cover!
I'll also be joining this weeks blog hop, join here.

London's Calling!

Hello everyone!
Just a quick update once again I haven't been up to much (I lead such an exciting life, not) and I haven't been shopping for myself as I'm saving up for Leeds Festival (80 Days! Beyond excited!).
Kate (Best friend) has finished her first year of uni and is back home!! We went clubbing in Newcastle on Saturday for our friends birthday. I have to say from the bits I can remember it was a great night! Just 4 girls dancing and drinking, girly nights are always the best. We tried Rev's for the first time, which was a bit of a let down I think its better for lunch and a cocktail date rather than a typical northern Saturday night out. Instead of going home I crashed at Kates had breakfast and watched a few episodes BBC's episodes of Pride & Prejudice. I was so ill, I made a trip to the toilet a few times and visited puke city (not so pleasant). I was trying to remember what I had to drink and where, so I had to look at my hand (Bar stamps) to jog my memory. I was told later on a bodyguard man had asked me to get down from dancing on the chair :|
It's a family trait.

I have an interview on Wednesday to be a Child minder/ Nanny so fingers crossed. If this goes well it'll be another step towards my dream job!

Tonight, my friend has a gig on at a local pub to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee. I love how we all come together at times like this.
 Long reign Queen Lizzy!!
I love this man!

I'm in this weeks blog hop where you can join in too. Just click here.

A bientôt, M! xo

Ace of hearts.

Hello!
I got my hair cut yesterday, nothing major just an inch or two off the length and feathered towards my face. Afterwards me and mother went in to Primark as she had some shoes to take back and again I started to buy items! I really can't help myself its so cheap! I mainly bought items for Leeds Festival 123 days, its not like I'm counting or anything :)
This is what I bought.

I got a tad bored last night so I popped on Bram Stoker's Dracula (Anthony Hopkins version) and decided to do my nails. Which lead to this design:

For this I used;
Base - Sally Hansen Double Duty.
 Rimmel Lasting Finish - Black.
La Femme Beauty - Red.
Top Coat - Sally Hansen Double Duty.

A bientôt!

My the odds be ever in your favour.

Hello!
I bought my Leeds ticket today! Ahhh the whole weekend listening to amazing bands whilst camping surrounded by 1000's of people that have been brought together by their love for music.

The Hunger Games!
I know, I know most of you are probably sick of hearing about it. If you are just scroll down.
But its AMAZING! I won't give away any spoilers I promise. First of all the actors are fantastic Jennifer Lawrence who plays Katniss Everdeen the protagonist, is superb and I've been told she did most of the stunts herself = WOW. Every emotion she felt throughout the whole film I felt too! Christ, I had an emotional breakdown at one point (take tissues your eyes may leak).  I LOVE the costumes so bright, out there and vibrant.
Stanley Tucci wearing a blue wig hilarious and LENNY KRAVITZ WITH GOLD EYELINER!!
Also, Woody Harrelson's character Haymitch is also hilarious.
The likeness of the characters from the books to the film are spot on and are exactly how I imagined them when reading.
