It's Pancake day forget Valentines day!

Hey sweeties,
Happy Chinese New Year!
As my dad lives in Hong Kong he decided to ring me up drunk, not too long ago, I could here music in the background and everything.
Incredibly jealous, wish I was there!

My title suggests I'm going to talk about Pancake day, I'm sorry this is a false illusion, it's what single people say to make themselves feel better, whilst licking a spoon of syrup.
Don't deny it we've all done it at some point.

When I'm bored I paint my nails so with it being Valentines day and re-joining POF (not that anything will come from it).

 I am a hopeless romantic :)
Black hearts represent past loves and the red one represents hope for the 'one'.

Minnie Love.

Hey Sweeties.

I done this post just after Christmas though I've never came around to actually publishing it.
Christmas makes me forgetful,
but perhaps it's just the wine.
I've been painting my nails a lot recently, sadly I keep picking the varnishes off.

Naughty Michelle.

So they mostly stay nice for a day or two.
For Christmas my Grandma kindly bought me OPI's Vintage Minnie Minis.
I simply love them the colours make me feel so girly :)

 I used: OPI's I'm all ears.

In other news:
2013 hasn't started the way I imagined it to, I lost my job.
Simply Be just wasn't making enough money in store to keep me on.

*Sad face*
I loved it there.

Much Love,
M! xo

Splash!

Hey Sweeties!
We took Charley swimming for the first time, I can't believe she's nearly a year old.
This year has gone really quick.
*Sad Face*

My Aunt rang me to say that they were taking her to our local baths and that I was more than welcome to watch, how could I refuse!
I sat in the viewing area with my camera ready.
Then I seen a bright pink suit coming out of the changing rooms she looked super cute. I managed to get one photo as a very fit life guard came over to say I needed special permission to take photos as there was another couple in the pool with their child. If they weren't there I would've been able to take more with my proper camera, but they never bloody went!
Though, I sneakily took some on my phone.
At times, she looked bored but smiled for most of it splashing around in her little floater.

I haven't really been up to much this week, I finally attempted the ironing which took 3 hours!
(As I kept stopping to watch The Mummy, brilliant film).
My friends think I'm weird but I love doing the ironing, it is so relaxing for me.

Which housework do you like doing?

B.I.N.G.O was last night, it's so frustrating when you're waiting for one number and someone else bloody shouts, it is just me that gets like that? Like usual I came home without winning a single penny.
Bought a few bits and bobs for Uni, seriously can't wait any more. I received my time table yesterday, actually bounced round the house like a looney. Now I wanna watch Who Framed Roger Rabbit?
Oh, and I painted my nails again. I need help I can't stop painting them!

If there is a rehab for excessive nail painting, please admit me.

1st layer - Rimmel Lycra Wear, Magenta.
2nd - Barry M, Silver Glitter
3rd - Technic's Mermaid.
4th - Rimmel Super Wear.
Defiantly, my favourite NOTD.

Ace of hearts.

Hello!
I got my hair cut yesterday, nothing major just an inch or two off the length and feathered towards my face. Afterwards me and mother went in to Primark as she had some shoes to take back and again I started to buy items! I really can't help myself its so cheap! I mainly bought items for Leeds Festival 123 days, its not like I'm counting or anything :)
This is what I bought.

I got a tad bored last night so I popped on Bram Stoker's Dracula (Anthony Hopkins version) and decided to do my nails. Which lead to this design:

For this I used;
Base - Sally Hansen Double Duty.
 Rimmel Lasting Finish - Black.
La Femme Beauty - Red.
Top Coat - Sally Hansen Double Duty.

Apricot Punch

Hey sweeties!
Another glorious day of sunshine today.
I felt I needed to be productive, so I printed of a whole bunch of CV's and headed to town.
Whilst there buying a few bits and bobs!

Maybelline Colour Tattoo 24hrs.
I've been wearing eye shadow a lot more recently and when I popped into Boots there was a stand with these on. I chose 'On and on Bronze' as my eyes are blue so this colour will compliment them best. I'm really glad that I've bought it! Its really easy to apply and lasts for ages.
Well worth £4.99!!

Aztec skirt off my wish list.
From New Look for £12.99!

Rimmel London I <3 Fruities!
Apricot Punch.
I added the glitter :D
I do love this. As soon you open the bottle the smell of Apricots hits you, so lovely.
£2.99
I can't stop smelling my nails :)

NOTD

I was doing a massive clear-out and came across my Urban Decay Summer of Love Polish set that I bought in Duty Free ages ago!
Boy, do I love that place. When I was younger on holiday I used buy crap that I could get at home so now I don't really spend much, so I can blow it all in the Duty Free.
I love how cute and small the bottles are. I chose Woodstock which is a radioactive pink, I used three layers on the pink to make it opaque and two layers on the grey :)

My phone contract ends in September! I currently have a HTC Wildfire which I do love but after having it for nearly 2 years I'm slightly bored with it. Kate has an Iphone which I LOVE any time I see her I always ask to play on Temple Run, it's SO addictive I get really annoyed when I die on it :(
I've been surfer around on the mobile sites and I'm going to get an Iphone! Its just amazing, I can't go back to a keep pad phone from having a touch screen it'd be so weird. I really can't wait 6 months I've already picked a few covers I want for it.

My first NOTD

I'm just watching Beauty and the Beast before I go to bed and I completely forgot that I had my first NOTD photos to upload.
So here it is!

I used O.P.I "Do you Lilac it?" which I purchased at Amsterdam airport on the way back from NY. I love O.P.I its long lasting (1 year so far) and easy to apply as the brush is flat, usually I find that one coat is enough. I also bought a blue one from Sephora in NY but gave it to a friend.
For the black I used Rimmel London's Black Satin, which also lasts for a long time. I find Rimmel varnishes dry the fastest, and for the Black Satin I put about three coats.
P.S I hate that I'm better on my right than left its SO annoying!
